Miscoe Health Law LLC

Miscoe Health Law prides itself on providing high-quality personalized representation to each and every client. No one is a number or just another case. Attorneys answer their own phones so you are not bothered with byzantine phone options or call screeners.

We use the accumulated decades of experience possessed by our team to aggressively defend against Medicare, Medicaid, Tri-Care, Federal Employee Health Plan audits and associated post-payment refund demands.

In your defense, we will identify any legal errors, substantive errors in the contractor’s assessment of your coding and documentation, and where a portion of the demand is based on an extrapolated error rate, statistical errors in our attempt to substantially reduce or eliminate the amount of financial liability. During this process, we also focus on educating our clients so that they can mitigate their post-payment risk in the future.

You can expect us to work diligently on your case in order to ensure the best possible result within the framework of the facts and the law. We use both legal and substantive knowledge and experience when defending your case. If you are interested in discussing your case or any legal matter with us, call today!
